AURA — Privacy Policy

App: AURA: Outlast the Swarm (com.gabyz.aura) · Effective 13 June 2026

AURA is a single-player arcade game. It is fully playable offline and collects the minimum data needed to run its online leaderboards and to understand how the game is played. We never sell your data and we never share it with third parties for their own purposes.

What we collect

What we do NOT collect

No name, email address, phone number, contacts, location, photos, microphone, files, advertising ID, or payment information. The game contains no ads and no in-app purchases. Game saves are stored only on your device.

Who processes the data

All online features are powered by Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Analytics), acting as our service provider. Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). See Firebase Privacy and Security.

Data retention & deletion

Leaderboard entries persist so the boards stay meaningful; weekly entries age out of the active boards each week. To have your data deleted, email gabyzaynoun7@gmail.com with the display name you used — we will remove your leaderboard documents. Uninstalling the app deletes all local save data. Clearing the app's storage resets the anonymous ID.

Children

AURA does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. The only user-provided content is the optional leaderboard display name; please don't use a real name as your handle.

Changes

If data practices change (for example, if ads or purchases are added in a future update), this policy will be updated and the in-app store listing will reflect the new disclosures before they take effect.
